Orders will be confirmed/reserved for your chosen date upon receipt of deposit or full payment.  Your greeting will be delivered after 6 pm the evening before your booking date or early the morning of and will be picked up the next day.  Rentals are for 1 day.  A $50 deposit is required to confirm a booking.  Payment in full is requested at least 2 weeks in advance.  An additional day based on availability may be possible at a rate of $35. A mileage delivery charge is applicable for rentals outside of our home base of 29902 in Beaufort as follows:   22-25 miles $35; 26-30 miles $45; over 30 miles $50.

If you have a lawn crew, please arrange service prior to setup of the yard display.  Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc.  Grass clippings stain our letters.

Please do not move the items.

​

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greeting display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.  Also, please turn off sprinkler systems if applicable during the time of your yard card greeting.

Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display.  Balloons may damage our signs.

​

All items are on rental terms only and are the property of Celebration Yard Cards.  If the greeting is a gift, please notify the recipient not to harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.  Don't throw lawn display items in the garbage or vandalize our letters and signs.

You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.

​

As a part of our standard marketing procedures, we will display a small sign with our business details for the duration of your rental. Thank you in advance.

Celebration Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground or move them.

REFUND POLICY

​

If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive one half of your booking rate as a refund or a full credit toward a future reservation within 3 months based on availability, if cancellation is within 48 hours of the booking date.

​

In the event of inclement or hazardous weather, we may not be able to set-up any lawn displays.  Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.

​

No refunds will be given due to client giving us the wrong address.

​

No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

​

No refunds will be given for being denied access to a gated community.  If a pass is required for entry, please provide that information on your booking form.

​

No refunds will be given due to animals preventing the display from being set up or circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control.
